SELECTION PROCESS
Evaluation of submissions will be based on quality, clarity, relevance and educational value for the audience. The nominated Selection Committee will review submissions without access to the authors' name, institution or country. Submissions selected will be included in dedicated sessions.
NOTIFICATIONS OF THE RESULTS
You will receive an email "Results are online!" by end of December 2025.
Log into this platform to find out your submission' status and confirm your participation.
Subsmissions selected for oral presentation will be presented in Madrid.
Details regarding the format of presentation and related guidelines will be available along with the results

REGISTRATION, VISA AND LOGISTICS
- Selected Presenters must register for improving Heart Function 2026 (link).
- Wait for the official invitation letter from the Organising Committee
- Book your travel and accommodation
- Apply for your visa (if needed) beforehand
- Deadlines are at midnight CET on the specified date
- improving Heart Function 2026 attendees are responsible for their own travel arrangements, including any formality related to COVID-19 restrictions. The Organising Committee cannot be held responsible for anything that pertains to the travel journey to and from the event, including COVID-related cancellations.
Presenters will not be granted Guest Faculty registration and must register to the Course.
Transport and accommodation will also remain their own responsibility.
